yast should not override ip_forward setting

Feature state

openSUSE Distribution
New

Description

someone thought, this bugfix qualifies as feature:
http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1010036

User benefit:

manual configuration is deprecated
and yast overriding admin's settings should be a thing of the past.

Usecase

as a system administrator I want to override ip_forward setting in an easily scripted manner
by writing my preferred values to
/etc/sysctl.d/50-ip-forward.conf

Testcase

echo net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1 > /etc/sysctl.d/50-ip-forward.conf

sysctl --system 2>/dev/null |grep "ip_forward = "

should show

net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1

That's odd that it was filed away as a 'feature', though it seems that this is for SLE as I can't access the bug report. If it is for SLE, could you add a feature request against SLE while logged in? I *think* you can do that but not sure.
