One letter usernames

Description

The minimum allowed username length is two letters, I see no reason why this can't be changed to one.

User benefit:

To save hassle configuring ssh, nfs, etc.

/etc/login.defs defines the format, you can change it locally. This is a long standing custom on Linux and 2 letters works for the majority of users just fine.

i think this should be implemented in next release. some people may have one letter names in real life. if arguing about custom it sounds like dragging bad policies for long time.
