Require all packages with books to install to common directory and symlink home

Feature state

Description

Many books and manuals can be installed from repos. Most go in to some space in the /usr/share. Require all books and manuals that do not have their own interface (such as KDE help or man pages) to install to one common e-book directory (/usr/share/ebooks?) and to create a symlink in users home directories (under Documents probably, or a new Books directory).

User benefit:

New users will see books or manuals and add the package, but not know where the files are. This would alleviate that issue.
