KDE window frame (the top bar) coloured

Feature state

openSUSE Distribution
Done

Description

I'd suggest making the window frame (the top bar) in a different colour, maybe green, if the window is active.

User benefit:

The KDE window frame (the top bar) is grey if the window is active and grey if the windows is inactive.
The difference is, that the text is grey or black. That is not as visible as it could be.

Testcase

I saw that behaviour at other distributions like Mageia (there it is blue) and found it more usable.

Is that not the same that can be edited in
- Personal settings -> workarea -> Window decorations ?

(my own translation. Probably not the right english menus)

Correct, it is possible to switch the color of the title bar in the KDE control panel, either by changing the style in -Personal Settings -> Workspace Appearance -> Window Decorations, or by changing just the color in -Personal Settings -> Application Appearance -> Colors -> Colors(Tab) - Active Titlebar. I was confused the first time I saw the Gray/Gray color scheme and would agree that the default should be more colorful. And a green Active Title Bar would go nicely with the openSUSE theme.
