Description

When booting from an installation media the first thing the user would see would be an identifying greeter, like
"Welcome to openSUSE 12.1 i586 network installer"

This would help the user to be sure exactly waht is going to be installed

User benefit:

This would help the user to know for sure exactly what is going to be installed, right from the beginning.

And abort if installation of a wrong version is about to begin.

This would be particularly useful when the install media has no room for scribbling on, i.e. USB sticks and similar. I would like to also see e.g. repository identification - factory/tumbleweed/evergreen and build numbers and dates.
