Duplicate of Feature #312871

(the answer to the question is that this feature is not enabled by default).

I would only instead of the dialog box where you enter the password, there is a login screen of KDM or GDM

It is not duplicate. Seems like you totally missed the point. The idea is to have KDM or GDM to handle all access-related stuff - not only login-logout, but also lock-unlock.
