Provide a working pandoc in OSS

Description

pandoc is a
Haskell implementation of
Markdown with numerous extensions and additional output formats. There is a package in
devel:languages:haskell/openSUSE_Factory , but that needs
much more love

pandoc seems important enough to fix it and get it out of its Haskgell ghetto into OSS.

User benefit:

pandoc is probably the most advanced implementation of Markdown which makes the creation of advanced documents very easy. It would provide us with a simple way to create good documents in a multitude of formats.

Pandoc is fixed. We need Haskell in Factory before we can have pandoc.
