if i mark the repos to auto update in down side of the equator when internet connections is slower then 1 Mbps i have to wait a long time every package manager start. If not mark need entar on repositoys module, use the refresh option, quit then and back to package manager module (or start it)

A button or menu option em the package manager for referesh the repos is a good thing.

Definitely makes sense to have it in the UI, but also note from the command line.

Imho this needs more work. Repositories probably shouldn't have the 'autorefresh' option, but the package manager should refresh the repositories whenever the user asks for it and have an auto-update in the background, updating like once a day or twice a week or something.

This makes sure you don't have to wait for anything before you can install/remove apps. This could also do something about the 'Yast is slow' perception...
