NetworkManager - Support for PEAP with Generic Token Card (PEAP-GTC)

Description

Currently NetworkManager only support Protected EAP with MSCHAPV2 and MD5.

There are corporate who using PEAP with Generic Token Card as authentication and openSUSE not able to connect to such network.

User benefit:

To make openSUSE a more preferable choice for corporate environment.

I just try openSUSE 11.3 Milestone 3 GNOME and it did support GTC.

Hope this is not going to change again until stable release.
