Switch to richtext editor <p>There seem to be room for enhancements in the routing setup in netcontrol alias ifup alias the "traditional network setup", especially in cases where a static (default-)route is configured for one interface and same route gets applied dynamically (via dhcp) on another one.</p> <p>For dhcp, there is a config option DHCLIENT_SET_DEFAULT_ROUTE (default is "yes"), where the user can disallow to set a default route, but it seems to be not sufficient.</p> <p>It would make sense to review the route setup and improve it (e.g. doing some interface ranking?).</p>
