Description

YaST Packager has a special popup after the the list of selected packages is accepted. This popup says something like:

These packages were automatically added to the list of packages:
* package A
* package B

Some think that it is a bug and such popup should not appear at all (and packages should be added without asking), some think that it is a nice feature. Having it configurable, e.g.,
[x] Do not show this dialog again
should be good enough for both.

Note: this touches both installation and running system, so if decision is made in the installation, it should be copied to the installed system as well.
